Pipedrive, meet Ecquire

We know you’re busy so we’re gonna just use pictures.

The moment you’ve all been waiting for has arrived!

Ecquire, ladies and gentlemen, is now integrated with Pipedrive.

When you download Ecquire and select Pipedrive, you’ll be asked to authenticate with Pipedrive with your Pipedrive Credentials. And as always, don’t worry, we don’t see or store any of your data… we physically can’t since the connection is straight from your computer to Pipedrive.

K. Now to see Ecquire and Pipedrive in action: I’m gonna email my friend, Amin like any other email.

You’ll see Ecquire’s icon in the Chrome URL bar turn Blue like below.  This means that you can click on that because Ecquire has captured information ready to submit to your CRM.

When I click I can see what Ecquire will submit to Pipedrive for me.

If you notice above, you’ll see the data you can submit to Pipedrive with one Click. We also have this cool autosubmit button that you can click if you want Ecquire to automatically submit new information and messages to this person from now on.

Then once you hit submit, you’ll see the data in Pipedrive:

Ecquire works with LinkedIn too. If I click the Ecquire icon  Ecquire will update Amin’s profile in Pipedrive.

You might be asking yourself, what if I already have this person in Pipedrive? Will I get duplicates?

Puh-lease. Ecquire is all about clean data – we figure out if the person is already in Pipedrive, as well as show you options since it’s ultimately your decision on what to do with your data.

Finally, you can bring contacts into Pipedrive and other CRMs at the same time like Mailchimp.

The only question remains: What are you going to do with all the newfound time we’ve saved you? Let us know, below in the comments.

For those who are not yet equire customers, but happy Pipedrive users, I’m wondering: is Pipedrive one of the basic integrations, or is it a premium integration? It’s not yet on the pricing page.

Thanks!

Jim! THanks for this. We totally missed that so thanks for catching it. Pipedrive will come with your $9 plan already as well as the premium plan of $19. So if you are already a customer at any level you get pipedrive for no additional charge. If you’re not yet an Ecquire customer you can get the Pipedrive integration for $9/month which includes Mailchimp, Google Docs, Highrise and StrideApp as well. For the record, we will be adding more functionality, a better experience and more integrations for the current plans at no additional cost. We’re excited to make the product better without charging anymore so please let us know other services you’d like to see us integrate with or have any other requests / recommendations / feedback. support@ecquire.com or paul@ecquire.com if you want to talk to me directly.

Paul hi
we are very happy Ecquire customers and love it. However are finding managing data on spreadsheets (google apps integration) a bit messy the more data we get.
I like the look of pipedrive but it looks a bit like streak too. I guess what we are after is not only a CRM but a database management (lite) system that we can connect with. As a start up we are looking for effective low cost solutions

Does Ecquire have any plans to integrate with Nimble? We are heavily social media driven and would like to see this

Hi James – thank you. We would like to we’re just not able to do it right now and give the experience as well as support we’re looking for to launch it and feel confident. Have you tried Strideapp or Highrise with Ecquire? You might like either of those for now. We’ll add you to the list of that integration if and when we do it. Thanks again reach out any time.

Pipedrive is nothing like streak…I believe streak is an integrated app with gmail….Pipedrive is so much more and is so easy to use. Your salespeople will use within minutes. We’ve been using pipedrive for over 2 years and it’s the best and easiest CRM…it works!

Hi Paul

Thanks, I am defenitively going to give Ecquire another try as Pipedrive is the only CRM I can imagine our small team using.

It´s so good and they have such a nice API.

Great move.

I’m excited to try Ecquire with Pipedrive. I love the CRM system so hopefully this will be another great tool we can add on-top.

Also- Prosperworks has a gadget that lives in your gmail sidebar that captures a lot of information, and is a crm for $24 a user. Why pay Ecquire and Pipedrive? I am not trying to put anyone off, we are just looking at taking our systems to the next level and like Pipedrives ease of use, but they have no email integration (nuts in todays crm market) – at least until we have noted this blog. We used ecquire when we launched our business and yes it is fantastic, but we would rather have a simple system that does this without paying two suppliers :)

Prosperworks is good at these functions but is relatively unexciting on every other level. Sadly I love a good user interface experience thats fun to use daily!
